A community is like a jigsaw puzzle. Every piece is important and has a role to play in creating the final picture.
Introduction
When you have objectives as prestigious as making 90 the new 50 by reducing human suffering, and extending healthy human lifespan while also advancing humanity’s adventure on Earth and in Space, you start to wonder where to begin. To some, these goals may seem near impossible, but there are those daring few who refuse to shy away and, instead, gravitate toward the “impossible”, stopping at nothing to achieve it. ELONgevity is a space designed to bring these neoteric pioneers together and realize this mission by sharing ideas and collaborating.
The ELONgevity Enigma NFT project was first and foremost designed as a tool to empower our community. It is an innovative idea first mentioned by ELONgevity admin, Sergio Ruiz, in early April this year. In a series of posts in our Discord community, he alluded to granting the holders of an NFT access to events that center around the themes that represent ELONgevity: space, crypto, and longevity.
The Enigma also symbolizes overcoming obstacles together and growing as a community, driven to achieve our shared mission. Although we had a few technical hiccups, the launch was a great success. The Methuselah Foundation has offered the Elongevity’s Enigma as a token of gratitude to all members in the Discord for being mission partners. Those who hold these NFTs will have even more to look forward to as the Methuselah Foundation is constantly looking for ways to honor those who stay headstrong in achieving these goals.
The ELONgevity Enigma project will be launched in three phases - the first of which has already been completed. The NFT itself has been modeled as a puzzle made out of 10,000 fragments. So far, only 2,500 fragments (or puzzle pieces) have been officially released. Phases two and three of this project have yet to be launched.
The first 2,500 NFTs will also have a special trait labeled “OG”. This is to signify the founding members of the ELONgevity Discord. This specific NFT trait will hold more value than any others released after the Phase One.
All current traits have been formed based on the storyline of Dogelon Mars and do not necessarily reflect the traits that will be there when the Enigma is fully evolved. There are currently 2880 variations that are possible with this trait set. There will be no “rares”, and this has been specifically chosen to reflect that these traits can still change. However, the final version of the Enigma will hold rare traits.
Version v1 & v2
The Enigma itself has undergone its first stage of evolution. The Whitelisted Addresses of “V1” received an NFT depicting the first model, as seen on the left. After the release of the “V2” whitelist, the Enigma had transformed to look like the piece seen below.
Even though these fragments look amazing it had been decided to make a different variety for 2 reasons;
Simply because it is fun to already change the NFT during the mint phase and therefore show the possibilities to all newcomers in the NFT world.
The final version of Phase One resembles more clearly what we were trying to achieve - a depiction of an ephemeral version of the Enigma. The Enigma is in flux and has not yet finished evolving.
The Enigma has 16 fragments. All these fragments have been distributed randomly. Even though “corner” fragments can be considered “rare”, all pieces will eventually change and will not reflect final rarity status. The current shape does not reflect the final form.
staking website
As mentioned in previous Discord announcements, we are exploring the idea of a staking website where holders can stake their puzzle fragments. On that website, the actual Enigma can be fully assembled. We are currently looking into the possibilities to create this, and also the type of benefits this may hold for anyone staking.
We have not yet developed the staking website and therefore it is not yet possible to fully assemble the Enigma NFT collection just yet.
We would like to encourage the current Enigma holders to brainstorm with us on the properties and benefits of the staking website. This process will take place in Enigma-only Discord channels.
We hope to initiate the final version of the staking website when Phase three of the Enigma NFTs are launched.

We are requesting every holder in the Discord to become part of the process. The Enigma will change during two phases. This means that both the imagery and the traits will change throughout these phases and we humbly ask the holders to join us in such later on.
Holders of the Enigma will receive benefits such as:
Discord Stages (Podcast-like) with crypto and scientist influencers
Special Discord channels (with benefits currently being discussed)
Access to engage directly with influencers
The NFTs will grant the owner exclusive access to future events and webinars hosted by Methuselah Foundation and its affiliates. These events will be announced by Methuselah Foundation, with the inaugural event already being in the final stages of planning.
The above list will be expanded on as this project develops and extends its reach while also attracting mission partners who align with what we hope to achieve.
Being part of the Elongevity community will grant special insight into the cutting edge projects and partnerships that the Methuselah Foundation is currently engaged in, with some projects still being in stealth-mode.
Moreover, being part of the community means being part of a special group of visionaries, with access to individuals such as venture capitalists, angel investors, founders and entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors and medical practitioners, scientist of all sorts, and outside-of-the-box thinkers.
Elongevity enigma superheroes
With the input of the ELONgevity Enigma holders, we are developing the Final Image of the NFT. It will depict the heroes of the mission token: Longevity, Space and Crypto.
The process will yield an Enigma, a final image that will be broken down into 10,000 NFTs (fragments) which assembles as a jigsaw puzzle.

In order to make multi-planetary life possible or consider traveling to habitable planets such as Mars, healthspan and lifespan are at the forefront of our goals. The Methuselah Foundation is a world leader in longevity and this project was borne out of the Foundation’s mission to make 90 the new 50.
space
The Dogelon Mars project wants to achieve colonization of Mars and creating the First City, called “Dogelon City”. Through this lofty goal, the Dogelon Mars currency ($ELON) wants to become the first interplanetary currency. This superhero represents this part of the Mission, which also entails supporting advancement of space-faring technologies.
crypto
The Superhero “Crypto” stands for everything that the philosophy of crypto stands for: decentralization, generalized and community empowerment instead of control through monopolistic systems.
phases
ONE
The initial phase included the launch of this project and making the goals known to the community. It included the release of 2,500 NFTs of total supply to ELONgevity Discord users only and has been sold out.
This phase has concluded.
* This phase also involved the minting of 250 NFT puzzles for collaborations and giveaways, plus a 1354 NFT unexpected mint by the community, which lead to a new trait called the “general” trait.
TWO
This phase is currently underway and includes the creation of the draft of the final illustration with the assistance of current Enigma holders. This phase also anticipates the release of the first events accessible to the holders.
During this phase, another image and set of traits will appear on all Enigma fragments.
This phase includes the minting of another 2896 tokens.
THREE
During this phase, the final image and traits will be revealed to all holders. Moreover, further events accessible to NFT holders will be announced.
We anticipate deploying the remaining 3,000 puzzle pieces to finish the entire 10,000 collection during this phase.
